How it works

1. Get a price. Use the price box on this page. Published lanes price instantly; anything else is priced by a person, usually the same business day.
2. Book it. We confirm the sailing, cartage and documents by email before anything is committed.
3. We collect, pack and clear it. Cartage to the container yard, packing and lashing, and the Australian export declaration.
4. Track it to South Africa. You get a private tracking link showing the vessel, sailing date and each milestone.

Before you ship to South Africa

• South Africa only allows used vehicle imports with a permit from ITAC, issued in set cases such as returning residents and immigrants bringing their own vehicle. A letter of authority from the NRCS is needed first.
• Customs duty is paid to SARS when the vehicle arrives.
• Get the permit before the vehicle ships. A vehicle that lands without one can be refused.
• Clean the vehicle inside, outside and underneath before it ships.
